RD- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> <br />CORNER OF VERA AND EL CAMINO REAL <br /> <br />(DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit - <br /> <br />Corner of Vera and EI Camino Real (Devcon Construction, Inc.)" (form dated <br /> <br />11/03/00r), pursuant to which this Agency grants revocable permission to said <br /> <br />Devcon Construction, Inc., for the use of a portion of Agency-owned property <br /> <br />located at the corner of Vera and EI Camino Real for the purpose of storing <br /> <br />containers and trailers in connection with the construction of certain work of <br /> <br />improvements in Redwood City, a copy of which Revocable Permit is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Agency Secretary, to which reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Agency Executive Director and <br /> <br />Agency Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br /> <br />thereto, respectively, said permit, for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Reso-1027 <br />f:/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />FXS;rg <br />11/03/00R <br />
