<br />IIg,~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO RD 2000- - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br />THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH SHEA HOMES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE <br />FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Agency, and Shea Homes Limited Partnership, a California <br />limited partnership ("Shea") have negotiated a Third Amendment (the "Amendment") to <br />that certain agreement entitled "Disposition and Development Agreement for Franklin <br />Street Project," as amended (the "DDA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOL VB AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Amendment entitled "Third Amendment of Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Project (Shea)," by and between the Shea <br />and this Agency, a copy of which Amendment has been executed by Shea and delivered <br />to the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, and the <br />Chairperson and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest, respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br />Passed and àdopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of November, 2000, by the following <br />votes. <br /> <br />Form dated: 11/2/00 <br /> <br />" <br />
