<br />7 3- ctf <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and JOHN CAHALAN <br /> <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS of Burlingame, California ("Consultanr); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the preparation of construction documents for <br /> <br />median landscape improvements at the intersections of Main/Maple, <br /> <br />Maple/Middlefield and Broadway/Hopkins in the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />design services; ,and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSUL rANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall prepare construction <br /> <br />documents and perform design services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
