<br />?~-DL1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE SPORTS FIELD RENOVATION IMPROVEMENTS AT <br />GARFIELD CHARTER SCHOOL <br /> <br />(THE BEALS GROUP, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires improvements of Garfield <br /> <br />Charter School playing field in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Beals Group, inc. of San Jose, California, represents <br /> <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS:" <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering and Design Services - Garfield Charter School Sports Field <br /> <br />Renovation Improvements Project" (form dated 10/26/00), by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and The <br /> <br />Beals Group, Inc., for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy <br /> <br />Reso.,026 <br />DES:djk <br />F :fSharediRedwoodiCouncii <br />10/26/00 <br /> <br />1 <br />
