<br />~.~-D\g <br /> <br />TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />In the event the project is tenninated or indefinitely suspended in the manner herein provided. <br />the Landscape Architect shall tum over copies of any and all documents completed to that <br />date. The Landscape Architect shall be entitled to compensation up to and including said <br />tennination date. Original work shall remain the property of Beals Sports Collaborative. <br /> <br />REGISTRATION <br />Beals Sports Collaborative is licensed under William J. Beals III, Landscape Architect to <br />practice in the State of California. Landscape Architects are regulated by the California Board <br />of Landscape Architects. CA 95814 <br />Telephone: (916) 445-4954 <br /> <br />BILLINGS AND PAYMENT <br />Invoices will be sent by the 10th of the month for work completed through the 25th of the <br />previous month.
