<br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - <br /> <br />Dawson Coblin spoke of a tree recently removed from the front of his house. He requested that <br />one other than a Scarlet Oak replace the tree or that it not be replaced at all. <br /> <br />Rudolph Luca spoke in opposition of the accessory dwelling unit ordinance due to his own <br />personal experience. He stated the concern is really in the need for housing for seniors and <br />others. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and are enacted <br />by one motion and one vote. There is no separate discussion of these items unless a Council <br />Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item is removed from the Consent Calendar <br />and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. <br /> <br />MIS HowardIHartnett to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />7.1- Minutes <br /> <br />A. Approve the Minutes of the last Regular Council Meeting of October 23rd, 2000 and <br />the Minutes of the Council Workshop of October 28th, 2000; MINUTE ORDER 00-332 <br /> <br />7.2- Motions <br /> <br />A.
