<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br />AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />'}. ~-AC:;; <br /> <br />(MANNA CONSULTANTS, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the construction of the Blomquist <br /> <br />Street Extension in the City of Redwood City (the "Projecf'); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Manna Consultants, Inc. of Oakland, California, represents that it <br /> <br />possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering and Design Services'" (form dated 11/28/00), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Manna <br /> <br />Consultants, Inc. for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City <br /> <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />eso-1045 <br />FX8:djk <br />F :/8 haredlR edwoodlCouncii <br />11/28/00 <br /> <br />.. ._~-""'..~T .. <br />
