<br />'].1- þLJ\ <br /> <br />Ii f S Q 1. .u I lQ N <br /> <br />N Q. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br />CENTER PERIMETER FENCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />(PHASE II); AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF BID SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14048 adopted October 16, 2000, <br /> <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Municipal Service Center Perimeter <br /> <br />Fence Replacement Project (Phase II); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br /> <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Northern California Fence Co. of Redwood City, California is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of said Northern California Fence Co.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
