<br />7. s-c.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />(KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a feasibility study of the <br /> <br />Broadway Water Storage Tank and Booster Pump Station in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants of Palo Alto, California, <br /> <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering and Design Services" (form dated 11/06/00), by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for the performance of the above-mentioned <br /> <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />Reso-1030 <br />FXS:djk <br />F :/SharediR edwoodiCouncil <br />11/06/00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />.......,...... -'yo" <br />
