�.3- G`f <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 2000-8, REDWOOD CITY, <br /> CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND <br /> ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID PARCEL MAP; VACATING A <br /> PORTION OF -�ORCHARD AVENUE; AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF <br /> EASEMENT AND A PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain final parcel map (including dedications described therein) entitled, <br /> � "Parcel Map No. 2000-8", prepared by Luzuriaga Taylor, Inc., Civil Engineers and Consultants <br /> for Jon E. Pierog and Patricia M. Lucas, the owners of record of said parcel map, heretofore <br /> determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City') for <br /> recordation, the owners or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the appfication for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed construction agreement <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement for Parcel <br /> Map No. 2000-8", (form dated 11/07/00) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br /> of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> Agreement. <br /> -1- <br /> Reso-1032 <br /> FXS:djk <br /> F•JShared/Redwood/Council � <br /> 11 /07/00 <br />
