�.3 - �'�'" <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> (REDWOOD SHORES CHILD CARE FACILITIES PROJECT) <br /> THIS Att�REEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and WILLIAM <br /> EUPHRAT MUNICIPAL FINANCE, INC., of San Francisco, California <br /> ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires professional financial advisory services in <br /> connection with negotiations for the development of a child care center known as <br /> the Redwood Shores Childcare Facility (the °Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is qualified and experienced to <br /> furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br /> forth; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform the financial <br /> advisory services and negotiating services described in the Scope of Services in <br /> Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br /> Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in a sum not to <br /> exceed the sum of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000.00).
