7. 3-G3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO PREPARATION OF BAIR ISLAND <br /> ROAD SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> (ROMA DESIGN GROUP) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires preliminary investigation <br /> work related to the preparation of the Specific Plan for the Bair Island Road area <br /> in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> consulting services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Roma Design Group of San Francisco, Cafifornia, represents <br /> that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> Services — Bair Island Road" (form dated 12/13/00), by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Roma <br /> Design Group, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br /> Reso-1058 � <br /> DES:djk <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 12/13/00 <br /> _ . . _ W. _ �,r_ _ _ . -..�-. _ . _ _. _ <br />
