7.3-GS <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> BAIR ISLAND ROAD <br /> ., THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and ROMA DESIGN <br /> GROUP of San Francisco, California ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires preliminary investigation work related to the <br /> preparation of the Specific Plan for the Bair Island Road area in the City of <br /> Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> consulting services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform consulting and <br /> related services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
