� <br /> � Planning 8� Redevelopment Services 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 (650) 78�-7234 <br /> �no�. <br /> �.r.� <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> BEFORE THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY CONCERNING THE <br /> FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OF THE AGENCY: <br /> Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood (the "Agenc�') in the Council Chambers located in City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br /> California on the 18�' of December, 2000 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be <br /> heard. <br /> THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARING is to receive public comment on the proposed Five-Year Implementation <br /> Plan (the "Plan") of the Agency, which has been prepared pursuant to Section 33490 of the Health and Safety <br /> Code. The Plan sets forth the specific goals and objectives of the Agency for fhe Redevelopment Project area <br /> and the specific programs, including potential projects, and estimated expenditures that will eliminate blight <br /> within the Project Area. The Plan also addresses how the Agency during the next five years will implement its <br /> responsibilities under the Community Redevelopment Law to increase, improve, and preserve the <br /> community's supply of low-and moderate-income housing available at affordable cost. <br /> The Plan is available for public inspection and copying, at cost, at the office of the Executive Director of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency, City of Redwood City. <br /> Redwood City Planning & Redevelopment Services <br /> Attn: Michael Church <br /> P.O.
