�j. 3 •A� <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 (REDWOOD SHORES) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and CHARLES B. <br /> WARREN, ASA ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the perFormance of certain property tax <br /> assessment services for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> including, but not limited to, real property appraisal services (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions <br /> hereinafter set forth; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES Consultant shall furnish all those <br /> certain services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, entitled, "Schedule A: Redwood <br /> Shores, Scope of Work", dated July 5, 2000 fo� fiscal year July 1, 2000 — June <br /> 30, 2001, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
