�1.3-�g <br /> ESTIMATED SCHEDULE OF FEES <br /> The estimated fees for the above Scope of Services shall not exceed $17,500 <br /> without prior authorization. Any additional Planning Commission, City <br /> � Council, or other public meetings beyond the one included in the Scope of <br /> Services, at which our attendance is requested, shall be reimbursed at the rate <br /> � of $400 per meeting per LCP Associates Principal, including preparation. We <br /> shall require an initial "start up" fee of $5,700 at the time of execution of this <br /> contract. When the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration are <br /> completed, and the documents are submitted to the City, a second payment of <br /> $10,000 shall be due. The final payment of $1,800 (a "10% + withhold") shall <br /> be due within 30 days after all of the work contained in the Scope of Services <br /> � has been completed to the satisfaction of the City. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> It is anticipated that the Initial Study can be prepared and submitted to the <br /> Staff for review within 3 weeks after the contract is approved and being <br /> authorized to proceed, and following the receipt of all of the requested data <br /> and information as outlined above. <br /> An Administrative Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration can be prepared and <br /> submitted to the Staff for their in-house review within 6 to 8 weeks after the <br /> Initial Study is produced. After the Staff's review and comments on the <br /> Administrative Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration, it is expected that the <br /> Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration, ready for public review and comments, <br /> can be prepared within 4 weeks. Following the 3 week public review period <br /> and the necessary public hearing(s), the Response to Comments and the Final <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration can be prepared in 4 weeks, provided no <br /> major new information or studies are necessary. We will attempt to <br /> minimize the above estimated schedule and expedite the process as much as <br /> possible. <br /> 8 <br />
