<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />9/2S/9l (009/3l) <br />'07/91R <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />10/7 /91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11614 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />STORM DRAIN INSPECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> <br />(WILSEY & HAM ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City proposes to repair and <br /> <br />reconstruct certain storm drain culverts located in the vicinity <br /> <br />of a proposed City Center Parking Structure (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />consisting <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />inspection <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />analysis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />structural <br /> <br />condition <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />culverts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham Engineering and Planning Services, of <br /> <br />Foster City, California, represents that it is qualified, on the <br /> <br />basis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />experience <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expertise, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />unique professional consulting engineering services required for <br /> <br />the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Storm Drain <br /> <br />Inspection <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Structural <br /> <br />Analysis" <br /> <br />( form dated <br /> <br />10/07/91R) <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />and Wilsey & Ham Engineering and Planning Services, Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />inspection <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />analysis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />structural <br /> <br />condition of the storm drainage structures therein described, a <br /> <br />----- --...,..---- . <br />
