<br />DES:dft 09118/91 <br /> <br />(029/30) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />9/23/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11608 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF OAKWOOD <br />VILLAS TOWNHOUSES, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Oakwood <br /> <br />Villas Townhouses," prepared by Herbert Frahm, <br /> <br />Civil Engineer, <br /> <br />for Ernst Development, a California Corporation, subdivider, and <br /> <br />Andre Martin and Yvonne Martin, <br /> <br />the owners of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Oakwood Villas Townhouses Subdivision" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />09/l8/9l) <br /> <br />wherein <br /> <br />Owner, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br /> <br />complete <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />specified <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement, <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />-----. ...,......-.- <br />
