<br />DES:dft 00/18/91 <br /> <br />(029/30) <br /> <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Improvement <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Oakwood <br /> <br />Villas <br /> <br />Townhouses <br /> <br />Subdivision", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Technical <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Oakwood <br /> <br />Villas Townhouses Subdivision", and the City's Standard Details, <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain proposed <br /> <br />agreement between <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Oakwood Villas Townhouses Subdivision", <br /> <br />(form dated 09/18/91), a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
