<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />9/10/91 (003/31) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />9/16/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11591 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br />RELATING TO REDWOOD SHORES AREA 1 SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />(EARTH METRICS, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Preparation of <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report - Redwood Shores Area I Specific <br /> <br />Plan" <br /> <br />(form dated 9/10/91 ) <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> <br />Earth <br /> <br />Metrics, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Brisbane, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />environmental <br /> <br />consultants, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />environmental <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />relating <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />preparation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />specific <br /> <br />plan <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Area I, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />"""""""""".¡--""'.--'----r--""""'.- <br />
