<br />DES:dft Q/l0/91 (027/30) <br />/10/91R <br />9/16/91 <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11589 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />THE POSITIONS OF POLICE SERGEANT, POLICE OFFICER, <br />POLICE OFFICER-LIGHT DUTY, AND POLICE OFFICER TRAINEE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of that certain <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Redwood City Police Officers Association effective <br /> <br />September l, <br /> <br />1991 <br /> <br />- August 31, <br /> <br />1993, <br /> <br />the salary schedules and <br /> <br />wage plans for the positions of Police Sergeant, Police Officer, <br /> <br />Police Officer-Light Duty, and Police Officer Trainee, are hereby <br /> <br />adjusted <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />established <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />hereof <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br /> <br />adoption; provided, <br /> <br />that the provisions of paragraph 1 hereof, <br /> <br />shall be operative retroactively from the first pay period on or <br /> <br />after September 1, 1991. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. ¡--"""""""'-Y--""'" <br />
