NOLTE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. - SAN JOSE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to rehabilitate <br /> <br />sewer Pump Station No. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />on Davit Lane, <br /> <br />Redwood Shores <br /> <br />(the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert consulting engineering services for preparation of design <br /> <br />documents and related activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, George S. Nolte and Associates, Inc. - San Jose, of <br /> <br />San Jose, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified, <br /> <br />on the <br /> <br />basis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />experience <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expertise, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />unique <br /> <br />professional <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewerage <br /> <br />Pump <br /> <br />Station No. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />Reconstruction" <br /> <br />(form dated 8/20/91) <br /> <br />by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />and George S. Nolte and Associates, Inc. - San Jose, Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />for the preparation of design documents and related <br /> <br />services for the Project; a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />'.""-,-------r-y------.-' <br />
