RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE FIRST <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE GROUND LEASE WITH <br /> REDWOOD SHORES CHILDCARE, LLC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 17th, 2001, the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> approved, by resolution, a Ground Lease with Shores Childcare, LLC (the "Ground <br /> Lease"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 25, 2002, the City Council approved, by minute action, <br /> the First Amendment to the Ground Lease; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the purpose of legislative consistency the City Council desires to <br /> ratify, by resolution, its action of February 25, 2002, approving the First Amendment to <br /> the Ground Lease. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
