<br />. . <br /> <br />txhibit 11,8,11 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT ,. 2 TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT made and entered into the 1st day of December 1988, by and <br />between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY and INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYERS AND DISTRIBUTORS <br /> <br />ASSOCIATION (IEDA), is hereby amended only with respect to Item 3 thereof, which <br />is revised to read in full as follows: <br /> <br />"3. <br /> <br />PAYMENT. <br /> <br />For the year July 1,1991 through June 30,1992, the City agrees to <br />pay IEDA and IEDA agrees to accept in full and complete payment for <br /> <br />all services rendered under this Agreement the sum of $38,997.00. <br />For the following four years, July.1, 1992 -June 30, 1993, July 1, <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />1993 - June 30, 1994, July 1, 1994 - June 30, 1995, and July 1, <br />1995 - June 30,1996, respectively, the annual fee will be adjusted <br /> <br />in accordance with the Computation of Fees attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof. <br /> <br />Payment of the annual fee in Item 3A shall be made in two (2) equal <br /> <br />installments of $19,498.50 each on July 1, 1991, and January 1, <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />1992. <br /> <br />Payments for the following four years shall be made in two <br /> <br />This Amendment #2 is effective on July 1,1991, and as of July 21,1991, replaces <br />the earlier Amendment dated August 21, 1989. <br /> <br />(2) equal installments of the respective annual fee on July 1, and <br />January 1 of the respective fiscal year." <br /> <br />Dated <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYERS AND <br />DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />REDWD-AM.ser <br /> <br />11581 <br /> <br />.T--._.~T.._.. <br />
