<br />¿: .s.ð-~ <br /> <br />(~ <br /> <br />f"'> <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Supermarkets: Markets with garbage grinders or other mechanical <br />disposal systems in other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 11, 2005: Twenty-Six Dollars and <br />Twenty-Seven Cents ($26.27), plus an additional monthly charge of Three <br />Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents ($3.66) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of <br />waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities <br />in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Institutional and Public: All establishments used for institutional <br />purposes, both private and public, including schools, colleges, rest homes, <br />clubs, public buildings, lodges, and other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 11, 2005: Twenty-Six Dollars and <br />Twenty-Seven Cents ($26.27), plus an additional monthly charge of Two <br />Dollars and Twelve Cents ($2.12) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of <br />waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities <br />in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given medical or <br />surgical care: <br /> <br />- . <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 11, 2005: Twenty-Six Dollars and <br />Twenty-Seven Cents ($26.27), plus an additional monthly charge of Two <br />. Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($2.27) per one hundred (100) cubic feet <br />of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage <br />facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Industrial: All establishments used for industrial purposes including, but <br />not limited to, manufacturing plants, processing plants, producers, <br />laundries, photo processors, electric service institutions, packagers, and <br />other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 11, 2005: Twenty-Six Dollars and <br />Twenty-Seven Cents ($26.27) plus an additional monthly charge of One <br />Dollar and Eighty-Six Cents ($1.86) One Dollars and Eighty-Eight Cents <br />($1.88) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br />discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one <br />thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />B. User Categories: The determination of the appropriate user category for <br />particular premises shall be made by City's Director based upon the waste or <br />wastewater constituents or characteristics of such user, including such factors as <br />biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and volume, consistent with the <br />categories hereinabove in subdivision A established.
