FRANCIS STREET <br /> <br />The Applicant shall comply with the following Conditions of Approval: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The property owner at 1535 shall install curb, gutter & sidewalk, and wheelchair ramp <br />across the old street opening. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Property Owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall pay an in-lieu undergrounding fee in <br />the amount of $9,030.00. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The property owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall maintain the vacated property until <br />the final disposition of the property is determined. <br /> <br />NOTE: After the public street is vacated by City, the conveyance of land abutting on a <br />public street is to be determined from the Grant Deeds of abutting properties by an <br />appropriate Title Insurance Company. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The property owner shall sign an agreement to hold the City harmless, and indemnify the <br />City from any possible litigation that may occur subsequent to the vacation. <br /> <br />sIIibrary/reportsNacation_St" Francis StreeCExhibit C_Conditions for Vacation <br />
