<br />¿".4,4-/ <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br /> <br />July 11, 2005 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Amendment of Redwood City Municipal Code Section 2.23 related to the meeting location <br />of the Redwood City Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />That the City Council introduce the attached ordinance amending Section 2.23 of the <br />Redwood City Municipal Code to specify the current meeting location of the Redwood City <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Background <br />Among other things, Section 2.23 of the Redwood City Municipal Code sets forth the <br />meeting location for regular meetings of the Redwood City Planning Commission. Adopted <br />in 1972 and last amended in 1974, the section as currently written provides for the <br />Planning Commission to meet in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Hall of Justice <br />and Records. The attached ordinance is being proposed to update the meeting location of <br />the Planning Commission to City Hall.
