The settlement amount for the Relinquishment of <br />Access to the City of Redwood City for the benefit of the public is the sum of <br />Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($19,275). The sum of <br />Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($19,275) shall be deemed to <br />be the fair market value for the Relinquishment of Access. <br /> <br />5. Conveyance of Title. (a) Novak agrees to execute a Relinquishment of <br />Access in favor of City In a form attached hereto and marked Exhibit "C" and <br />deliver same to City for execution of this Agreement for the purpose of allowing <br />City to affix thereto its Certificate of Acceptance. <br /> <br />Escrow. Novak and City agree to open an escrow (the "Escrow") . <br />ac rdance with this Agreement with First American Title Insurance Comp' y, <br />('.Es ow Agenr), 555 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California. This <br />Agree nt constitutes the joint escrow instructions of Buyer and S er, and <br />Escrow ent to whom these instructions are delivered is hereby e owe red to <br />act under 's Agreement.
