<br />D. <br /> <br />Novak warrants and agrees to hold Buyer harmless and reimburse Buyer <br />for all of its losses and expenses (including attorneys' fees) occasioned by <br />reason of any lease of the Property. <br /> <br />10. continaencv. It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto <br />that the completion of this transaction, and the Escrow created hereby, is <br />contingent upon the specific acceptance and approval of this Agreement by <br />Novak and City.
