<br />Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, as amended from time to time, and at <br /> <br />Permittee's sole cost and expense. <br /> <br />5. Hold Harmless: Release. Permittee shall be solely responsible and <br /> <br />liable for all damages to persons or property, including any destruction, theft, <br /> <br />damage to vehicles and injury to, or death of, persons and loss of use of <br /> <br />property, due directly or indirectly to Permittee's use and occupancy of the <br /> <br />Subject Premises and shall defend, indemnify and hold the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and employees, <br /> <br />harmless from all suits, actions, damages, or claims to which City may be <br /> <br />subjected by reason of said use and occupancy of the Subject Premises <br /> <br />hereunder. <br /> <br />6. Insurance. Permittee shall maintain at all times during which this <br /> <br />permit remains in effect, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, commercial <br /> <br />general liability and property damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the <br /> <br />following minimum amounts: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />$1,000,000 for injury or death of anyone person and $1,000,000 <br /> <br />for anyone occurrence; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Property damage insurance in the amount of $500,000. <br /> <br />A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required <br /> <br />insurance or program of self-insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk <br /> <br />prior to occupancy of the Subject Premises by Permittee.
