<br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, San
<br />Mateo County, California, being a portion of Lot 10, as shown on that map
<br />entitled, "Map of Certain Lands Belonging to Redwood City Harbor Company,"
<br />filed September 23, 1921, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County,
<br />California, in Book 10 of Maps at pages 45 and 46, more particularly described
<br />as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of Lot 10, said point being a
<br />found 3/4-inch iron pipe monument set in concrete which stands at the point
<br />of curve in the westerly line of an 80-foot wide right-of-way commonly known
<br />as Seaport Boulevard and from which said point a tangent line bears
<br />North 20° 441 OO~ East as said right-of-way and said lot are shown on the
<br />above mentioned map; thence southwesterly along the said southeasterly line
<br />of Lot 10 from a tangent that bears South 20° 44' 00" West along the arc of
<br />a curve to the left having a radius of 2904.79 feet, a central angle of
<br />0° 151 18", an arc length of 12.93 feet to the northeasterly corner of that
<br />certain 9.00 acre parcel of land presently leased to Texaco, Inc.; thence
<br />continuing southerly along the westerly right-of-way of Seaport Boulevard
<br />and the easterly line of the said Texaco Parcel, along the arc of a curve
<br />concave to the east, having a radius of 2904.79 feet, through a central angle
<br />of 6° 02' 42", an arc length of 306.47 feet; thence tangent to said curve
<br />South 14° 26' 00" West 642.87 feet;
