(DEA) is pleased to submit this letter proposal to prepare for and attend the <br />Redwood City Costco Final EIR appeal hearing before the Redwood City Council on August 13,2007. The <br />purpose of this proposal is to define the scope of work, schedule, and cost estimate to complete the work <br />effort. <br /> <br />Task ]- Coordinate with Redwood Cit, Create Appeal Responses and Attend Public Hearing <br /> <br />The work effort under this task will include coordinating with subcontractors, revising existing subcontractor <br />agreements, holding coordination conference calls with Redwood City staff to discuss this issue. We have <br />also added costs for one additional meeting held earlier in 2006 at the request of Costco to discuss Draft EIR <br />comments and to cover the reproduction of fourteen additional copies of the Draft and Final EIR's and <br />technical appendices. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Create Appeal Letter Responses and Attend Hearing (Air QualityINoise) <br /> <br />Giroux and Associates will create responses to the Final EIR appeal letter and attend the public hearing. The <br />scope of work includes coordination with the City of Redwood City staff. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Create Appeal Letter Responses and Attend Hearing (Traffic/Circulation) <br /> <br />Fehr & Peers will create responses to the Final EIR appeal letter and attend the public hearing. The scope of <br />work includes coordination with the City of Redwood City staff to develop/revise the responses.
