<br />~ENT BV:JHP LASERJET 3150; <br /> <br />B50~B1910~; <br />lliUrl <br />'-iieSOLUTION No. <br /> <br />MAV-1S-00 ~:5BPM; <br /> <br />PAGE ~ <br />4/24/00 <br /> <br />13880 <br /> <br />.'-"" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 022 REV. 2 UNDER MASTER <br />AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID FOR <br />URBAN TRANSPORTA~ON SYSTEM PRO~ECTS FOR <br />INSTALLATION OF RUBBERIZED GRADE CROSSINGS <br /> <br />WHEREAS) the City of Redwood City entered into a Master Agreement <br />for Federal-Aid Program on October 3, 1977 pursuant to the Federal-Aid For <br /> <br />Urban System Projects with the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article II ,of the <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />- aforementioned agreement, this Council seeks funding for transportation system <br />repairs to improve safety by installing at-grade rubberized crossings at various <br /> <br />locations along the Caltrain corridor within San Mateo County; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13214 adopted October 6, 1997, <br /> <br />this Council approved and authorized the execution of Program Supplement No. <br />022 Rev.1 which allocated funds for preliminary engineering, construction <br /> <br />engineering and construction phases of work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 022 Rev.2 revises the allocation of <br /> <br />funds and adds additional funds to the construction engineering and construction <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />11 phases; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 022 Rev.2 to the aforementioned <br /> <br />agreement providing for the aforesaid funding has been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />Røs0-ee4 <br />F :\8 her edit edw ood\councll <br />DES;dJk <br />04'12/00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />T <br /> <br />-T <br />
