SCHED ULE DJP&A proposes the following optimum schedule for preparation of the Initial Study for the project. It is estimated that we can complete the Administrative Draft Initial Study within four (4) weeks after receiving authorization to proceed. Given one week for City review and three weeks for public review of the Draft Negative DeclarationlInitial Study, we project that it will take a total of approximately nine weeks to complete the environmental review for this project. DJP&A can commit to maintaining the schedule in the areas which are within our control. A corresponding slip in the schedule would occur, however, as a result of unanticipated delays beyond our control, including failure to receive project-related information in a timely manner, delays in administrative reviews, or similar events. All costs would be charged on a time and materials basis commensurate with work completed. Payment will be due on a monthly basis. A breakdown of the Initial Study cost estimate by task is provided on the following page.
