EXHIBIT "C" <br />CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION <br />OF <br />ST. FRANCIS STREET <br />1. Comply to the conditions of approval of Tentative Map No. 2004 -03, on file with the City of <br />Redwood City, which includes the installation of curb, gutter & sidewalk, and wheelchair <br />ramp across the old street opening. <br />2. The Property Owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall pay an in -lieu undergrounding fee in <br />the amount of $9,030.00. <br />3. The property owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall maintain the vacated property until <br />the final dispositions of the property is determined. <br />NOTE: After the public street is vacated by City, the conveyance of land abutting on a <br />public street is to be determined from the Grant Deeds of abutting properties by an <br />appropriate Title Insurance Company. <br />4.
