The breaches of the lease are as <br />follows: . . <br /> <br />1. Breach of Paragraph 2 of the lease which states as follows: "Use: Lessee shall use <br />and occupy the premises for the Main ,Street Salon (beauty salon, hairdresser, beauty supplies <br />and services. (Retail only). The premises shall be used for no other purpose." <br /> <br />The tenants have continually utilized said premises for the purpose of providing massage <br />services without the -required use permit from the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />. Tenants have continually used the premises to provide acts of prostitution and pandering <br />in violation of applicable City ordinances and county and state law. <br /> <br />2. Breach of the Lease Paragraph 5 which states as follows: "Ordinances and <br />Statutes: Lessee shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements for all muni~ipa1, <br />state and federal authorities now in force or which may hereafter be in force pertaining to the <br />premises occasioned by or affecting the use thereof by Lessee." <br /> <br />Lessee has failed and continues to fail to obtain a use permit from the City of Redwood <br />for the use to which Lessee is putting the premises. <br /> <br />Lessee has allowed and continues to allow massage services to be provided on the <br />premises without a valid massage permit from the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />r' <br /> <br />~""T' <br />
