This policy shall be considered primary insurance with respect to any other valid and collectible insurance City of Santa Clara, California ("City") may possess, including any self- insured retention City may have, and any other insurance City does possess shall be considered excess insurance only and shall not be called upon to contribute with this insurance. This is to certify that the coverage listed above has been issued to the covered party named above for the policy period indicated, notwithstanding any requirement, term, or condition of any contract or other document with respect to which this certificate may be issued or may pertain. The coverage afforded as described herein is subject to all the terms, exclusions, and conditions of the memorandum of coverage of the Bay Cities Joint Powers Insurance Authority which is available for your review upon request.
