<br />(b) <br /> <br />Commercial General Liability Insurance. <br /> <br />Contractor shall, at its own cost and expense, <br /> <br />also procure and maintain Commercial General Liability insurance <br /> <br />which shall include as additional insured the City, the peninsula <br /> <br />Corridor Joint Powers Board, the City and County of San <br /> <br />Francisco, the Santa Clara County Transit District, the San Mateo <br /> <br />County Transit District, the National Railroad Passenger <br /> <br />Corporation ("Amtrak"), Union Pacific Railroad Company and their <br /> <br />respective directors, officers, employees and agents while acting <br /> <br />in such capacity, and their successors or assignees, as they now, <br /> <br />or as they may hereafter be constituted, singly, jointly or <br /> <br />severally. <br /> <br />Insurance shall provide bodily injury and property <br /> <br />damage coverage with a combined single limit of at least <br /> <br />$10,000,000 each occurrence or claim and a general aggregate <br /> <br />limit of at least $10,000,000. <br /> <br />This insurance shall include but <br /> <br />not be limited to premises and operations; contractual liability <br /> <br />covering the indemnity provisions contained in the Right of Entry <br /> <br />Agreement to be entered into between JPB and Contractor; personal <br /> <br />injury; explosion, collapse, and underground coverage, products <br /> <br />and completed operations, and broad form property damage. <br /> <br />Prior to commencing work or entering onto the <br /> <br />Property, Contractor shall file a Certificate(s) of Insurance <br /> <br />with the Risk Manager (Assistant to the Executive Director) of <br /> <br />the JPB evidencing coverage, and upon request, a certified <br /> <br />217831.2 <br /> <br />-11- <br /> <br />.
