<br />made, brought or recovered against the Permittee. <br /> <br />Said policy <br /> <br />shall protect Contractor and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers <br /> <br />Board, the City and County of San Francisco, the Santa Clara <br /> <br />Transit District, the San Mateo County Transit District, and the <br /> <br />National Railroad Passenger Corporation ("Amtrakll) and the Union <br /> <br />Pacific Railroad Company in the same manner as though a separate <br /> <br />policy had been issued to each, but nothing in said policy shall <br /> <br />operate to increase the insurance company's liability as set <br /> <br />forth in its policy beyond the amount or amounts shown or to <br /> <br />which the insurance company would have been liable if only one <br /> <br />interest had been named as an insured. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Railroad's Protective Liability Insurance. <br /> <br />Railroad shall provide Railroad Protective <br /> <br />Liability insurance through its blanket Railroad Protective <br /> <br />Insurance Policy with the limits of liability not less than <br /> <br />$10,000,000 per occurrence, combined single limit for losses <br /> <br />arising out of injury to or death of all persons, and for <br /> <br />physical loss or damage to or destruction of property, including <br /> <br />loss of use thereof. <br /> <br />A $10,000,000 annual aggregate may apply. <br /> <br />The cost of such coverage under the JPB's policy shall be paid by <br /> <br />City or its contractor to JPB prior to Contractor's commencing <br /> <br />work or entering onto the Property. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Automobile Liability Insurance. <br /> <br />Contractor shall, at its own cost and expense, <br /> <br />procure and maintain Automobile Liability insurance providing <br /> <br />217831.2 <br /> <br />-13- <br /> <br />'¡-"'~-T' <br />
