Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc.) is pleased to sLbmit <br />this proposal to prepare a site traffic analysis for the proposed new office development at 10ß1 <br />Douglas Avenue in Redwood City. The project as proposed involves construction of a five. story <br />office building (approximately 175,000 square feet) on a 2.58 acre site and an adjacent péqrking <br />structure, plus additional surface parking. : <br />I <br /> <br />PTG can offer a combination of skills and experience that will be useful in succeslsfully <br />completing this study. We have conducted numerous traffic studies throughout the Bay lAma <br />including Redwood City. Parsons Transportation Group previously developed the Long F~an~~e <br />Transportation Plan for the Redwood Shores area. In addition, Parsons Transportation <.jiroup <br />recently completed an analysis for a similar development in downtown San Jose. That pr,~jects <br />managed by the San Jose Redevelopment Agency and now under construction, is an elevE~n <br />story 338,500 square foot office/retail development with a three level underground p¡~rking <br />facility. Staff members who successfully completed that study are available to assist if) tile <br />completion of this analysis. i <br /> <br />The following scope of services was developed using the scope provided by the City ill tile <br />request for proposal. Where appropriate, we have added detail to some of the tasks to provide <br />insight to our specific study approach. I <br /> <br />1.
