<br />(~ <br /> <br />(-, <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. Owner shall, at Owner's own cost and expense, construct all <br /> <br />of the improvements ("Improvements'), furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter <br /> <br />described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans prepared for Owner by Kier and <br /> <br />Wright, Consulting Civil Engineers, entitled, "RWC Technology Station Subdivision", and in <br /> <br />accordance with and as provided for, in those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", as well as City's revised <br /> <br />specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January <br /> <br />5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and <br /> <br />Construction- <br /> <br />Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the subdivision regulations of <br /> <br />said City. To the extent that a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said <br /> <br />Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard shall <br /> <br />govern. Owner shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to time extensions allowable <br /> <br />under Paragraph 11, on or before August 14, 2002. The Improvements shall include, but are <br /> <br />not necessarily limited to, all of the following: <br /> <br />(a) grading, paving <br />(b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br />(c) sanitary sewer system, complete <br />(d) water system, complete <br />(e) storm drainage syste~, complete <br />(f) street lighting system, complete <br />(g) street monuments, street trees <br />(h) landscaping and irrigation system complete <br />(i) joint utility trenching <br />(j) all improvements described as conditions of RWC Technology Station in <br />Tentative Map No.1 0802-00, heretofore issued for said subdivision, <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the <br /> <br />abovementioned plans and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Agmt-373 <br />DES:djk <br />F :IShared/R edwood/Council/ Ag mt <br />07/25/00 <br /> <br />\ IIIIII 1III 111II11I III 'I'll" 1111'111'11111111111111"1 <br /> <br />2000-~02a7a <br />08/21/2000 11 :42A <br />AG Page: 3 of 11 <br />
