Conformed Copy 03/28/2001 Warren Slocum Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder NOTICE OF COMPLETION (Public Work) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the public work hereinafter described was accepted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 5, 2001 ; That the public work above referred to is the following: SPORT FIELD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT TAFT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL That the name and address of the owners of the aforesaid public work are: the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; the Redwood City Elementary School District, 750 Bradford Street, Redwood City; and the County of San Mateo, 555 Government Center, Redwood City. That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Elementary School District, and the County of San Mateo in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is to improve the existing sport field at Taft Elementary School, by installing a new sand-based field complete with new drainage, irrigation, backstop and other appurtenances. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Sport field at Taft Elementary School located at the intersection of Bay Road and 8th Avenue in the City of Redwood City. That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: Valley Crest. 7043 Commerce Circle Pleasanton, CA 94588.
