Sf3SA 05 - 4 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF <br />ACTION P(:RT AINING TO REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF SOUTH BAYSIDE <br />SYSTEM AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain assignment entitled, "Assignment of Claims and Causes of <br />Action Pertaining to Real Property," from the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("Assignor") to the South Bayside System <br />Authority, a public agency ("Assignee') dated July 12, 2005, is hereby accepted, <br />and the Chairperson of this Commission and the Secretary of the Authority, are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said Assignment for and on behalf of the Authority. <br />2. This Commission hereby consents to the recordation of the aforesaid <br />Assignment and the Secretary of the Authority is hereby authorized and directed <br />to attach the original of the aforesaid Assignment, signed by the parties thereto, <br />to a certified copy of this Resolution and to submit said documents to the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo for recordation in the Official Records of <br />said County. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Regularly passed and adopted by the Commission of South Bayside <br />System Authority at a Special meeting thereof held on the 1 zth day of July 2005, <br />by the fQllowing vote: <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution: Ronald W.
