<br />D1~~;:cb 7/18/91 <br /> <br />(009/30) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. <br />- - - - - - - - -- <br /> <br />7/22/91 <br /> <br />U572 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT <br />RECRUITING SERVICES <br /> <br />(NORMAN ROBERTS & ASSOCIATES, INC) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for Employment <br /> <br />Recrui tment Services" <br /> <br />(form dated 7/18/91) <br /> <br />by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California, and Norman Roberts & Associates, Inc., Los Angeles, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />executive <br /> <br />employment <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />recruiting services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />H -.---.-... --HU" . <br />
