Sequoia YMCA Fun Run <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Koenig: <br /> <br />The City Council on XXXX has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br />Bay Area Bank!Sequoia YMCA to conduct the Bay Area Bank! Sequoia YMCA <br />Fun Run in Redwood City subject to and in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions herein. (Resolution XXXX) <br /> <br />t <br />Permission herein is granted to the Bay Area Bank and the Sequoia YMCA. <br />(hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event. The Bay Area Bank! Sequoia YMCA Fun Run shall be <br />sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. ' <br /> <br />3. Non-transferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on the streets <br />depicted in Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />5. Dates and Time. The Bay Area Bank! Sequoia YMCA Fun Run shall be <br />conducted on Saturday, August 17,1991. The set-up time is 6:45 AM. The run <br />and walk portion of the event will start at 8:00 AM.
