<br />DES:dft 7/5/91 <br /> <br />(003/30) <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 21 of the Lease <br /> <br />Agreement, this Council does hereby consent to the assignment of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Lease Agreement <br /> <br />from Gencom, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Pac <br /> <br />Tel <br /> <br />Paging <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Council does hereby acknowledge and confirm the <br /> <br />exercise of the option of Pac Tel Paging of California to renew <br /> <br />and extend the Lease Agreement pursuant to paragraph l(b) thereof <br /> <br />for an additional five (5) year term commencing on the 1st day of <br /> <br />November, 1990, and expiring on the 31st day of October, 1995. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2 (b) <br /> <br />0 f the <br /> <br />Lease Agreement, this Council does hereby confirm and accept the <br /> <br />determination of the monetary amount of the fair market rental <br /> <br />value to be paid annually by the Lessee, during the renewal term <br /> <br />of the Lease Agreement in the amount of Seven Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />($7,000). <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11570 <br /> <br />" ._-,"".."
