<br />FXS:cb ( <br /> <br />11/91 (004/30) <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />certificates <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />policies <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Those certain plans entitled "Grading and Improvement <br /> <br />Plans for Promontory Point at Shorebird Island Subdivisionll and <br /> <br />those certain specifications entitled IITechnical Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Promontory <br /> <br />Point <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Shorebird <br /> <br />Island <br /> <br />Subdivision", <br /> <br />and the City's Standard Details, which plans and <br /> <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />constructed. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />enti tIed "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Promontory Point at Shorebird Island Subdivision", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />05/07/91), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of public easements shown upon <br /> <br />the herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />,,--~, -- ~--'1r- <br />
