<br />:ìO;~::::djl- 1)6/24/91 <br /> <br />(084/28) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />July 8, 1991 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11561 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />THE CHESTNUT STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Environmental <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Chestnut <br /> <br />Street <br /> <br />Reconstruction <br /> <br />Project" (form dated 06/24/91) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California and <br /> <br />Wahler Associates, of Palo Alto, California, for the performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />professional <br /> <br />environmental <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />described relating to the Project, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of th~ City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />U561 <br /> <br />-- TO <br />
