<br />'::.J~ djJ<- £)6/18/91 <br /> <br />(080/28) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />July 8, 1991 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 11558 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />POLICE FACILITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />there has been presented t.o t.his Council cert.ain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for the construction of the <br /> <br />Redwood City Police Facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />t.o <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construct.ion; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />.1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />cert.ain documents entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />Facility", <br /> <br />prepared by Leach Mounce, Architects, and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-ment.ioned contract. <br /> <br />documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11558 <br /> <br />---- '__~h'1r" <br />
