<br />DES:djk 05/16/91 <br /> <br />(013/28) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the South Bayside <br /> <br />System Authority, a public entity, and the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />municipal <br /> <br />corporation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Fifth Amendment to Agreement Accounting and Financial <br />Services", (form dated 05/16/91), pursuant to which the City <br />provides certain accounting and financial services to said <br /> <br />Aut.hority, a copy of which agreement in on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />t.o <br /> <br />execut.e, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />t.o <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmi t. <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />certified <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />t.his <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />together <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />executed <br /> <br />duplicate <br /> <br />original <br /> <br />counterpart.s <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />approved hereby to the South Bayside System Authority. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />..-,... ~--1r" <br />
